SACRED SHIELD is a fascinating runner for a yard that has scored with three of their five juveniles to have run here over the past five seasons. She certainly looks the part on paper and is related to a number of winners, including one first time out juvenile scorer, and, whilst she may need further in time, she may be forward enough to follow suit. Fenella Fudge does set a decent standard to aim at having made the frame in two above average maidens before finishing down the field in the May Hill Stakes and it will take a good one to lower her colours. Strictly Pink wasn't disgraced in Pattern company last time, Mazagee should continue to improve whilst Fine Threads is an obvious newcomer to note.
