Verdict

HANDLES FOR FORKS is a winner without a penalty after landing an apprentices race at Doncaster last Sunday under today's rider. She gets the nod to follow-up ahead of the other recent winners Achalas, who carries a penalty for last week's victory over a shorter trip at Salisbury and Our Folly, who is upped in class after winning at Chepstow last time. Both Not Til Monday and Ponte Di Rosa face tougher tasks having placed on their latest starts over 2m while Schism has won twice over hurdles since last seen on the Flat and is not without a chance.
