Verdict

Whinstone Boy would prefer more cut in the ground, but it was fast going when Trigger The Light was only beaten a length over C&D last month. He'd won at this track in December and another bold bid looks likely although he does have a bit to find on earlier running with CAUSING CHAOS. The latter followed up a fourth over these fences with a victory at Folkestone last time and looks capable of better still on only his third start over the larger obstacles. Vin De Roy also arrives on the back of a win but this is more competitive and recent Leicester runner-up Toby Belch is preferred with Maraafeq struggling to reproduce his best this term.
