In depth

Verdict

THE DARLING BOY did well to beat the odds-on Fidelis at Folkestone last time and rarely runs a bad race. He is only 3lb higher here and taken to score again at the chief expense of penalised Lingfield winner Bankstair. Salybia Bay is still a maiden but has shown enough this autumn to suggests she can pick up a small race somewhere before much longer and looks best of the rest ahead of Qualitee, who was fourth over a longer trip here last week.
