    Verdict

All five have some sort of chance but a chance is taken that OVERLAW can return to his best back to two miles on this quick ground. Tom George has had a good week at Perth so the yard is in good heart and his charge is likely to try and make all here in receipt of weight from his rivals. He's not one for large stakes though, especially as he was comfortably beaten by Brimham Boy at Hereford last autumn, although he has every chance of reversing placings on these terms. Red Jester usually gives a good account and should do so once again but he does seem to find one too good most of the time, whilst Mischief Man is useful at best but frustratingly inconsistent and hard to predict.
