In depth

Verdict

SOLSTICE SON has his fourth run in 19 days but has thrived since given a test of stamina. He's been raised 14lb since his latest victory at Chepstow but won on the bridle again and may have one more race in him before the handicapper catches up. Alberobello has claims on his second at Kempton in November, when last month's Southwell second Barton Stacey was well behind, while Jojobean remains unexposed. Ice 'N' Easy is rated 7lb higher over fences but another who has been chasing, Mohi Rahrere, is just as interesting as he's already won twice on the course.
