Verdict

Big Sound has been second on all four chase starts and only a neck separated him from Calusa Star when the pair were second and third here recently. They reoppose on identical terms and choosing between the pair is tough. Strumble Head and Green Bank both have ability but do need to improve on respective recent efforts whilst Handsome Dan is going to find life much harder off 114 chasing the three-timer. SILVER MAN was still travelling well when unseating Sam Twiston-Davies at Cartmel a week ago and is given another chance. A useful and consistent point-to-pointer, he should have his eye in now over regulation fences and receives the vote in an interesting heat.
