In depth

Verdict

Bangor fifth Midnight Gem is preferred to Worcester third Western Sunrise but it wouldn't be the greatest shock if a couple of newcomers dominated this finale. Lemtara Bay is a half-sister to the stable's winning hurdler/chasers Milgen Bay and Lemony Bay and is by prolific NH sire Kayf Tara. But she may just lack the pace of WHICH ONE IS WHICH, who is a daughter of King's Theatre - the latter's half-brother Copper Kay won a bumper on his debut. River Wye is worth noting for future reference.
