Verdict

KINGS DESTINY, a 100-rated middle-distance performer on the Flat a couple of years ago, was returning from a lengthy absence when finding Clowance House just too strong on his hurdles bow at Towcester. That run should have blown away any cobwebs and Nicky Henderson's charge can go one better here as Ghaabesh carries a penalty for his win in a seller at Bangor in May and has been beaten twice since. Thegaygardener made a promising start at Southwell but is probably up against a decent prospect here and more interesting is Aldedash on his first start for Emma Lavelle.
