Verdict

Those who supported UN BEAU ROMAN into short-priced favouritism at Killarney will be wanting compensation after his fall at the last when clear. Willie Mullins' charge was making his chasing bow and looked a natural until that blunder and should have no problems with this. Winning bumper and hurdler Cairdin has been taking on decent opposition and looks the one to take advantage if the selection comes a cropper again as Caolaneoin has also been finding trouble negotiating the fences.
