In depth

Verdict

A wide open bumper rounds off the card and as usual the market will be very informative but the principals look to be Lord Gee, The Entomologist and Glinton and the narrow vote is given to Lord Gee. The selection was a fair fifth on his debut behind Ovide, he is sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement she will be hard to beat. The Entomologist finished in mid-division behind Chaim and is another that is sure to improve but again his penalty may find him out. Glinton was a fair third behind Joyryder last time and is another that could improve but the suspicion is he will be sen to better effect over a longer trip and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Nobile hails from a shrewd in form yard and could go well at a price but in a race where the market may well tell all for the winner we return to Lord Gee.
