Verdict

RUBY CROWN can give weight and a beating all around and she should be too good for Rowan River and Garafena. Kim Bailey's inmate found just the one gamble too good last week and were she turn up in a similar mood, she would take a great deal of beating in spite of carrying topweight. Rowan River has been useful enough under both codes. She had shown ability for Tom Dascombe under fast ground conditions. Garafena may have needed the run last time out but Richard Lee has gone to the trouble of booking a very useful conditional. Cadeaux Cerise makes a first run in handicap company so any market confidence should be noted. Petit Fleur represents a stable that have had winners at this course but she will need to be at her best first time out. Phoenix Enforcer is exposed at plating class though is tried tonight in a first time visor. A weak race where Ruby Crown possesses the strongest claims.
