Verdict

HIT THE SWITCH made Henry Brooke work hard for his riding fee at Sedgefield eight days ago but ran out a fairly cosy winner in the end. That was a conditionals' race so he escapes a penalty here and Donald McCain's hat-trick-seeker is probably the one to beat again. Sahrati and Executive's Hall both have a bit to prove at present but Red Whisper won under Charles Wallis at Hereford last month and has only been raised 4lb. Free Falling notched a double at Fontwell and Exeter around this time last year and handles fast ground. She's 8lb lower than for her last success and would figure if anywhere near her best.
