    Verdict

Phare Isle landed his first chasing success here last month with a battling performance, responding well to pressure. He stayed three miles well over hurdles and should go very well once again. However, KASBADALI, having his first run over fences under the champion jockey, was a highly progressive hurdler for Oliver Sherwood, including a course win at this venue. He was the best of these over timber and is taken to maintain his progress on this chasing debut. Teenage Kicks needs to improve on what he's achieved to date, whilst Aachen and The Strawberry One have lost their form over timber and it will be interesting to see if the transition to fences has a galvanising effect.
