Verdict

The opener looks to concern just a few of these and we will take the chance that HOBACK JUNCTION can improve past William Hogarth and Adelar. The selection won well last time out at Plumpton on hock deep ground and while the drop in trip will be a concern; this hill at Towcester could prove a leveller and he will be staying on when others have cried enough. William Hogarth landed odds-on favouritism at Warwick. He has the best form on the board though does not seem to be one to be rowing in at ridiculously short odds about. Adelar was tried in group company on the flat in France. As he has not won a race over hurdles; he is in receipt of a 7lb from those winners and could make it count. Apache Chant has struggled in handicaps. Hucking Hero has been unable to follow up a 25/1 success at Taunton whilst Formedable and Tchang Goon should not be good enough. Hoback Junction gets the call.
