Verdict

All five previous runnings of this have gone to favourites. Aidan O'Brien complicates matters this time with a trio of entries. Battle Of Saratoga and Furner's Green are by Dylan Thomas, the latter from a family of classy milers, while East Meets West is out of a stoutly-bred mare. Jim Bolger's Teofilio filly Siansa is out of an unraced mare related to the brilliant Dubai Millennium so she'll attract attention but a chance is taken with Jessica Harrington's CANAILLE, a son of Giant's Causeway out of a classy performer around a mile.
