Verdict

Rory O'Moore has won twice and his close second to Don Cossack in a Navan Grade 2 in December is the best form on view, though he has a long absence to overcome. Ardboe Abbey was beaten a long way on heavy ground on his debut and appeared to enjoy stepping up to 2m4f at Roscommon last time. Railway Icon still looked inexperienced at Down Royal so further improvement is expected but this can go to WHO'S CROSS. Willie Mullins' charge was conceding 17lb to shock winner Mireya at Galway where he was caught in the closing stages over 2m2f. This is more his trip at this stage and he can make amends. Chakisto is quite well thought of and looks best of the remainder.
