Verdict

Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh have won this twice in the past six years and their representative this time, point-to-point and hurdles winner Hampshire Express, is certain to come in for support on his chasing debut. He's definitely one to watch but BOB LINGO gets the vote. Tom Mullins' charge was unfortunate not to make a winning start over fences at Gowran and came up against two very promising types in Noble Prince and Healys Bar at Punchestown last week. Quiamo Malta is a real chasing-bred type who has been biding his time over hurdles while Elysian Rock, The Book Thief and Slievecorragh are others capable of doing well over the bigger obstacles.
