Verdict

Milly's Secret was scheduled to run at Pontefract yesterday but would be interesting if turning up here instead. Piccadilly Jim has to go on the short-list as he's getting closer to a first victory and makes his handicap debut while Heroique can probably be forgiven her run on the Fibresand last time. But she'd finished more than three lengths behind SPIRIT OF ALSACE at Ayr in June and it's unlikely a 7lb turnaround in the weights will be enough to reverse the form with Jim Goldie's filly, who won't mind the easier ground. Course and distance winner Comino is preferred to Zain Zone and We'll Shake Hands of the remainder given 6f looked too sharp at Doncaster last month.
