Verdict

AVOIR COISI is preferred to Green Agenda and Bickersten. The three-year-old was a winner at Kempton at the last attempt and looks like he has some physical improvement to come. A slight step up in trip here should be no problem to the colt who is half-brother to useful filly Spinning Lucy. Green Agenda has been in superb form of late. He had shown his wellbeing with two wins and a second on his return to action on the all-weather last month. He would have been the selection were it not for an 11lb rise, but he should still make the minors. Mick Channon's Bickersten has a 100% record on the all weather since returning from a two month break. The three-year-old gelding makes his debut on turf today and will appreciate the going but an official rating of 72 is likely to quash hopes of a hat-trick. Belated Silver will have come on for his first run in two months last time out but will need to improve even further if he is to make his mark here. Our selection then, is Avoir Coisi.
