Although Colette's Choice has a 7lb pull for a three length defeat by Saluscraggie last time, Ron Barr's mare looks capable of following up that Catterick success, with Maneki Neko another in with a shout. The selection was good value for the winning margin over this trip last time, and looks capable of coping with the new terms when renewing rivalries with Colette's Choice tonight. Richard Fahey's mare does enjoy a good test of stamina and stays beyond this, plus acts on fast ground, so she can again go very well. Maneki Neko went close over c&d last time and has conditions to suit, though he is up 3lb for that recent narrow defeat. Punta Galera looks to have been nabbed by the handicapper, and the same can be said of Dan Tucker, but It's Moon has a chance on his best form and is very much respected. Even so, Saluscraggie left a good impression at Catterick and can go in again.
