Low numbers are generally best over a mile here so Daddy Warbucks has plenty to do though he's well handicapped having scored from today's mark at Southwell in March. He arrives in good shape and can go well while Sweetnessandlight, another drawn high, showed her liking for the track and trip with a comfortably victory last week. Dream Walker was just touched off by Daddy Warbucks at Beverley and has his first start over a mile while much will depend on how well Raheeba handles the conditions as all of her runs to date have either been on Polytrack or ground with plenty of give including her narrow victory at Musselburgh. PENANG PEGASUS looked a sure-fire future winner when runner-up on his handicap debut over 1m2f at Redcar but failed to build on that back over today's trip at Newcastle where he started favourite. He's well drawn here and worth a chance to show that latest run all wrong.
