Verdict

It's hard to ignore Leaderene, who completed a double in impressive fashion at Yarmouth after her Polytrack victory. She's stepping up another class here and has a 7lb rise to contend with but is obviously progressing fast and will take some beating. However, CRAGGAKNOCK looked a rapidly improving type when storming to an all-the-way victory at Pontefract and, though 8lb higher, he looks ready to step up in class and is still on a fair mark so gets the verdict. Epsom Hill appeared to do better when dropped back to 1m2f at Pontefract and could have done without a 4lb rise for finishing second but Northside Prince wasn't suited by the slow pace at Hamilton after a very good run of form and he can definitely do better.
