Verdict

Paul Nicholls has won this a couple of times in recent years and four-year-olds have a decent record which suggests DILDAR is the one to be on. A winning juvenile at Longchamp, he was only just over 5l behind Derby winner Pour Moi in a Group 2 at Saint-Cloud last May and he's bred to be a top-class performer on the Flat. Sew On Target looks best of those with experience as he followed a moderate run over fences with a sound effort behind Henry San at Plumpton where he led until after the second last. Constant Contact won three times on the Flat and showed some potential on his hurdling bow at Newbury but the biggest threat could emerge in the shape of another newcomer Alwaary, a Listed winner in 2009 and a regular performer at that level subsequently though quite lightly-raced.
