Verdict

Super Kenny was a fair third at Newbury last month, while Bold Addition ran well for a long way on his reappearance at Cheltenham. Both are entitled to be in the firing line here while Dream Esteem kept on in encouraging fashion at Exeter, despite racing freely in the early stages. Bally Legend was just touched off in a novice event over C&D last time and Swiss Art comes here off the back of a Plumpton win but they all have to give weight to KINGS TROOP. The gelding didn't pull up any trees over hurdles last winter but appeared much improved on the Flat over the summer, winning twice over 1m4f at Epsom. If he can translate that progress to the winter game, Alan King's charge could be a handicap blot here off a mark of 106.
