Verdict

JUPITER REX has won twice off this mark over fences recently, his latest success coming at Plumpton on Monday. He'll be taking a hike up the ratings next week and you can't blame Venetia Williams for striking while the iron is hot. The six-year-old will be a short price today as none of his rivals have any worthwhile recent form. Toby Lerone appears to be going backwards while Decimus has never fulfilled the promise shown in bumpers and the remaining trio have been equally disappointing.
