      Verdict

Victor Dartnell's MINNIE HILL escapes a penalty for her win in a conditional jockeys' handicap last week and is hard to oppose racing off the same mark today so she can follow up that success. Dai Burchell's Babilu has shown progressive form this term but has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper, while John Flint's Bundle Up will need to be absolutely spot on to win this first time up. Ocean Transit can race off the same mark as when a good second to Kylenoe Fairy at Folkestone last week and has to be considered but he may prefer a softer surface and a safer option looks to be Minnie Hill, who can win again.
