Verdict

Torgamah Lad attracted market support at Doncaster earlier this month but was hampered turning from home and never in contention thereafter. He could be a factor in a race like while Billy My Boy may still have a bit of scope. Withy Mills won over course and distance last month before being well beaten over further. She isn't badly handicapped and looks a danger but Railway Vic has never looked like winning in either start for James Frost and most of the others have already shown themselves to be modest, though Prince Freddie was second twice at Uttoxeter in November. THE HAPPY WARRIOR overcame trouble in running at Exeter nine days ago and is progressing nicely. That was a conditionals' race so Bob Buckler's six-year-old escapes a penalty and can follow up.
