COMICAL RED beat today's rival Over My Head by 20l over the course and distance last month and was raised a massive 14lb. He returned just over a week later for a better class handicap and though failing to cope with Veauce De Sivola he performed with credit and can defy another 6lb rise as his young rider claims more than that back. Tin Pot Man, who has been running over fences, has a victory over track and trip to his credit but that was two years ago on fast ground and he was beaten in a seller the last time he ran over hurdles. The Last Bridge is another to have scored here but has also been chasing recently, scoring at Southwell early last month. He could provide the main threat with Richard Johnson on board as the remainder are struggling for form.
