Stamina will be at a premium in the evening's feature event the 3m4f Intrum Justitia Cup and marginal preference in a cracking renewal is for Mrs Be, who gets the vote ahead of Mister Friday and Montifault. The last mentioned represents the yard of Paul Nicholls that has had so much success with their hunters this year and the 10-year-old has to be respected but it is worrying how much he weakened at Ludlow last time and he is probably best watched now. Ask The Natives, who is owned by Paul Nicholls is two from two in this grade and cannot be discounted although it is hard to gauge how much ability he still retains and this looks a lot tougher than the races that he has won. Lord Beau is unexposed in similar grade and has claims although a bigger threat is likely to come from Yeoman Sailor, who is closely matched with Ask The Natives on running last time. Caught At Dawn and Mr Mahdlo are others worthy of a mention but the vote goes to Mrs Be, who showed when third behind Spot Thedifference at Cheltenham that a test of stamina suits and a reproduction of that effort should suffice.
