A fairly uninspiring contest and it would be no surprise if WELDONE HONEY proved good enough to defy top weight. Peter Bowen's six-year-old has only had a couple of runs this year but wasn't disgraced in novice company at Newton Abbot earlier this month and is capable of better. Diamanpeg's form appears to be deteriorating, while Chapel House was pulled up over C&D last time after placed efforts at Worcester and Newton Abbot. The others are all struggling at present.
