Verdict

Both Caldercruix and Fluctuation are expected to leave their poor form on Turf behind as they return to the Fibresand but Fairy Wing's course victories have come over shorter trips. Piceno has won off a higher mark at this venue and makes more appeal than Flying Pickets, who has scored six times over track and trip but arrives badly out form. KINGSCOMBE has raced twice on the Fibresand before and won on both occasions. Clearly a much better animal on this surface, Linda Jewell's charge can come out best once again.
