Another wide open handicap rounds off the card and there is very little between many of the leading fancies, however the principals look to be Arran, Jade Star and Super Dominion and the vote goes to Arran. The selection has been in fair form of late and a reproduction of his latest second behind Masafi would make him hard to beat. Jade Star was a fair third in a seller behind Senor Eduardo last time and that effort would give him definite place claims off this mark but he is far from consistent and is over looked this occasion. Super Dominion would have a chance on his win over Paso Doble a couple of runs ago but he was very disappointing last time so can not be backed with any confidence. Bulawayo goes particularly well at this track and is another worthy of respect but he has yet to win off a mark this high and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Rocky Reppin is from a yard that does well here and is worth noting in the market, but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Arran.
