In depth

Verdict

Back on his favourite artificial surface and has the highest rated of these THE TATLING must be considered the pick but you couldn't wholly discount Yahwudhee and Back In The Red either. The veteran selection has found a new lease of life since switching to the fibresand this winter having claimed two better contests than this in four starts. Feasible excuses can be made for the last two poor efforts and with trainer Milton Bradley dropping his charge into this company for the first time he should be hard to beat.Yahwuhee is potentially off excellent terms here receiving weight all round despite being the next best in the ratings. On the negative side we haven't seen Mick Easterby's charge for 256 days and there is no indication he'll handle this surface which he takes on for the first time.Back In The Red has an excellent strike rate here and has been running well in handicaps lately despite a harshly high mark. Back in this company should help him get back in the mix once more. Soopacal is another in claimer for the first time and should go well on this surface while Imprimis Tagula's form in these races is hard to argue with and he was a winner on his last visit here. Not the worst claimer in the world then this and we opt to give our confidence to the old boy The Tatling.
