Verdict

Sparville was making his debut over fences when a close second to Bridlingtonbygones at Catterick but looks a bit high in the weights. FIFTYONEFIFTYONE will appreciate returning to good ground and, though he doesn't win very often, he's generally competed at a higher level on unsuitable going and is well enough in to take this. Silver Steel seems to prefer more testing conditions and the veteran Star Galaxy generally only wins on heavy ground.
