Verdict

EL DJEBENA has been off the track since disappointing over 7f at Lingfield in May when a losing favourite. He won over 6f here on his debut and with this longer trip looking likely to suit, Sir Mark Prescott's charge gets the nod. Golden Creek won a claimer over C&D last month and saves his best for this track, but Piceno hasn't improved on last year's couple of wins in nurseries. The latter's stablemate, Kalahaag, has bits of form over longer distances but Dunsverick has to yet to get to grips with the mile trip having gone close over 7f earlier this year.
