Verdict

Local Present was second in a race at Market Rasen two weeks ago in which Inandover blundered and unseated his rider at the first. Moss Grove won over 3m2f at Newton Abbot in June but is upped a grade off an 8lb higher mark and preference is for WEST END. He's shown promise in both start over fences and probably has a bit more scope than today's rivals, including Winter Alchemy whose only win so far came in a seller.
