Verdict

FATHER SHINE finished a couple of lengths ahead of Tregaro when suffering a recent narrow-margin defeat over course and distance. He gets the vote to come out best today given Trojan Sun was still beaten a long way when also a runner-up over track and trip on his latest start. Roc D'Apsis finished a bit closer at Warwick last time and steps up in trip for this, while Pensnett Bay will have come on for a recent pipe-opener and has decent claims on his earlier win at Uttoxeter.
