Verdict

NAZREEF won over 7f at Kempton in October but was also successful on his two previous visits to this track - both over today's distance. He finished a respectable third on the turf on his latest start but a return to this surface can see Hughie Morrison's charge back in the winners' enclosure. He gets the vote ahead of West End Lad, who is also a C&D winner and looked better than ever when victorious at Wolverhampton last month. Follow The Flag and Capricornus are others with a chance but South African import Major Victory could prove a bigger threat back over a more suitable trip.
