Well beaten at Wolverhampton last month, SOFIAS NUMBER ONE is a different animal on this surface, recording six of his seven wins so far at this track. He's 6lb higher than his latest victory over course and distance but won that by nearly four lengths and can go in again. Chrissycross won a lesser event here last month and will find this tougher, while Maria's Choice scored over a longer trip at Kempton and makes her Fibresand debut along with Raging Bear and Escape To Glory. Both The Lock Master and Docofthebay are still capable on their day but it's becoming increasingly difficult to predict when that will be.
