        Verdict

        CAPTAIN DUNNE is a course and distance winner and can race off the same mark as when successful at Thirsk during the summer. He was only beaten a length at Ripon last time and Tim Easterby's charge is preferred to Poyle Vinnie. The latter has every chance if taking to the surface while prolific course winner Monsieur Jamie has slipped back down to a winning mark. Six Wives is another weighted to figure back on the Fibresand and stablemate Abi Scarlet has done all her winning so far at this track.
