    Verdict

Moon Over Miami has been well beaten since winning last year's renewal but can race off a much lower mark today. Milgen Bay has the more recent form with a good effort under today's rider at Kempton last month when Rob Conti was well beaten. However, Bay To Go is preferred as he scored easily over a longer trip here before taking on better company at Cheltenham behind POPAWAY. The latter was having only her second start over regulation fences on that occasion so it's not unreasonable to expect further improvement today and she gets the nod.
