Verdict

Comradeship didn't look too keen to go past last time so he's passed over in favour of POWER OF DREAMS ahead of Calypso Star. The selection represents Newmarket handler Mark Tompkins who does well with his runners here and can find further improvement for the step up to a mile. He was doing his best work in the closing stages over seven at Leicester and can make light of a 5lb higher mark. Calypso Star improved for the switch to nurseries and races from the same mark as when second over this trip at Kempton. He must be in the shake-up if proving as effective on this surface. There are no concerns on that score for Comradeship but he appeared to throw the race away last week and may have to settle for a share of the spoils again though there's no doubt that he has the ability to land this. Creevy is better than she was able to show last time and could be of interest at a price but one that makes far more appeal is Power Of Dreams.
