Verdict

RITH BOB has a fantastic record in points but has not translated this form under rules, whilst Railway Diva almost scored in her last race and Alpine Breeze has won over the hurdles last year. Rith Bob has won all four of the point-to-point races that she has competed in and ran respectably enough with two seconds last year under rules. Although not seen in this sphere since then, the trip should definitely suit her and we tentatively side with her for this contest. Railway Diva finished just half a length behind The Merry Giant at Worcester last time and the Tim Vaughan yard is in form at the moment, so we expect his option in this race to provide a stiff challenge. Alpine Breeze did not show the staying power in her last race to bring her in to our considerations for this outing. There should be a good run coming soon from Desolait but we cautiously go with Rith Bob to deliver the winning formula here.
