Verdict

Ruth Carr's yard remains in fine form with MESHARDAL just one of her recent winners. The latter scored by over four lengths here on his latest start and it's unlikely a 6lb penalty will be enough to anchor him in this. Neither Doctor Hilary nor Fairy Wing could live with the selection last time so Major Muscari may prove a bigger threat back over 6f. Evens And Odds' fall from grace continues but he's won over track and trip before and was rated 97 at this time last year. Masked Dance has never reached those heights but can make the frame at this level along with Novalist.
