Verdict

A competitive end to the card may see FUZZY CAT leaving his supporters purring and he's preferred to Mayoman and Super Yellow. Fuzzy Cat has returned a beaten favourite on each of his last two outings at Nottingham but he's made the frame just three times in eleven starts on turf yet has been in the money on five out of the six occasions that he's been asked to race on the all-weather; that includes two wins and two seconds over course and distance and he should go close. Super Yellow has performed well from revised marks following victory at Warwick in May and may be able to pick up another small race whilst Mayoman is another whose success came in the shadow of St Mary's Church and both have hopes of translating their form from the Midlands venue to this surface. Ambrogina is relatively unexposed and worth a market check on her return from a short lay-off with the experienced Bookiesindex Boy and Efisio Princess amongst others to note but Fuzzy Cat gets the nod.
