In depth

Verdict

Diminuto gets the call here ahead of Urban Warrior and Chief Editor. Despite being hampered in running, Diminuto still showed plenty of promise on her Kempton debut and must surely go well in a modest event. Given that he has not even turned two yet, Urban Warrior has had a busy start to his racing life but, that said, he has arguably the best form on offer and, with Frankie booked, has to be seriously considered. Given that he is the chosen entry from Mark Wallace's two entries, Chief Editor gets a mention, while although cheaply acquired, Baytown Paikea has something to like on breeding, although she is still 27 days shy of her second birthday, and her stable companion Baytown Rosie has yet to reach that mark too. The betting might also provide a few clues but, ahead of that, our selection is Diminuto.
