    Verdict

BEHLUL was doing his best work at the finish when runner-up over 7f here on his recent debut. Gerard Butler's charge will relish today's extra furlong and can get off the mark. Dougie Boy was a well beaten second over the minimum trip here in April and didn't show much improvement for the step up to 6f last time. A bigger threat could come from Alborz on his Fibresand debut as his half-brother won on this surface and he makes more appeal than Position, who failed to figure at Kempton on his first start.
