This looks quite competitive but from a shortlist of MRS BUN, Thornaby Green and Louisiade we will side with Mrs Bun. The selection wasn't beaten far here last month when she finished a close third behind Run Free. She gave the impression on that occasion that she might be worth a try over further so this step-up in trip could be a plus. Thornaby Green looks the main danger as he has course and distance winning form and he ran well to chase home Moment Of Clarity at Wolverhampton last time. He is thoroughly exposed though, whereas there could be more to come from Mrs Bun. Louisiade is fairly consistent and he could be good enough to again claim some place money after running well here just before Christmas. Betteras Bertie finished behind our selection last time, but he wasn't given a hard time when his chance had gone and he is not without hope. However, for the winner we will stick with Mrs Bun.
