In depth

Verdict

Though finishing last on his debut in a conditions race at Naas, TAGG'S ISLAND was far from disgraced, considering he swerved on leaving the stalls and then ran green. With the benefit of that experience he can get off the mark here as he has more scope than Newton Bomb, who was only beaten a short-head over course and distance earlier this month when Miss Ranger was sixth. Not Really has shown some promise while Invincible Diamond was fourth on debut at Cork and should strip fitter here, though is likely to carry overweight.
